These charges are determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are beyond our control as the shipper.  

**Regrettably, all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for your shipment will be the responsibility of the recipient.** While we strive to ensure seamless delivery, we are unable to intervene in customs processes or cover these charges on your behalf. 

To minimize potential delays or surprises, we strongly recommend: 

1. Confirming duty/tax estimates with your local customs office prior to accepting the shipment.
2. Reviewing CBP’s updated guidelines for personal or commercial imports.
