Regarding Import Duties
CAREOPTIK shall declare the consignment as samples with a reasonable low customs value for the purpose of mitigating or exempting import duties. Nevertheless, should any import duties be levied by the destination customs, all relevant import duties shall be borne by the buyer.
CAREOPTIK has no control or prior information over the import duty regulations and charges applicable at the destination. The exact duty amount and payment procedure shall be determined solely by the local customs authority. The shipping carrier will contact the buyer to settle the applicable duties for customs clearance.
Normally, CAREOPTIK ships via the following courier services: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and EMS. CAREOPTIK will select the most suitable courier based on actual circumstances.Kindly note that such charges are purely import duties and not freight fees. All shipping costs have been fully prepaid by CAREOPTIK to the carrier. The buyer is required to settle the duties promptly upon receiving notification from the shipping company. Any related enquiries shall be directed to the shipping carrier for clarification.
