CareOptical Official Service Commitment
CareOptical is a professional optical products manufacturer, and we hereby confirm the provision of the following official services for all global customers:
1. Order Lead Time & Shipment
A. Standard orders: Shipped within 3-5 working days via international air express (DHL/Fedex/UPS/EMS/Aramex). Customized products and prescription lens mounting orders require a few additional working days for production.
B. Bulk, OEM & ODM orders: Shipment schedule shall strictly follow the terms stipulated in the official contract or proforma invoice signed by both parties.
2. Global Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping with region-based freight rates. For shipments to special countries/regions with delivery restrictions, please contact hopkinwong@careoptical.cn prior to order checkout for confirmation.
3. 24/7 Customer Service
We provide 7 days a week, 24 hours a day customer support. If no instant response is received via online chat, please send an email to hopkinwong@careoptical.cn for timely assistance and professional guidance.
4. Customs & Tax Declaration
All quoted prices are tax-exclusive. We will declare the shipment as samples or declare it at the local applicable price for the purpose of tariff reduction or exemption, and we will not mark any medical/dental/surgical product attributes on customs documents. In case any import tariff or tax is incurred due to the destination country's customs policies and inspection rules, the relevant fees shall be borne by the buyer. All the above declaration measures are based on the customs regulations of the destination country.
5. Secure Payment Methods
- Official platform ( careoptik.com ): Powered by PayPal (supports PayPal account, credit card, and debit card payments in eligible regions, subject to PayPal's official rules).
