Return or Refund
If you find any quality issues with the product or the product is not suitable for you within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact CAREOPTICAL in a timely manner. We will guide you through the process of return for replacement, repair, refund or exchange.
In case the product is unsuitable or unusable due to incorrect order selection, inaccurate or erroneous data provided by you, we can also offer free replacement or repair, but returns and refunds will not be accepted for such cases.
The product warranty period is no less than 12 months. Even if this period expires, if the product is damaged due to non-human factors or non-misuse, you may still contact us to return it for repair with no repair fees incurred. You only need to bear the return shipping cost, and all other expenses will be covered by our company.
If the product is damaged due to improper use or human factors, you may also contact us and we will make every effort to provide the optimal solution. For such cases, you may need to bear both the return and re-delivery shipping costs, and repair fees will be waived or appropriately charged at our discretion based on the assessment of the damage.
